RESOLUTION
• A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR 1987 .
WHEREAS , the Housing and Redevelopment Authority finds it necessary
to adopt the attached budget which is necessary for the
operation of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for
the year 1987; and
WHEREAS , pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462. 545 , subdivision 6 , the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority budget must be approved
before a special tax may be levied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority that the attached budget for the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hearby approved.
Passed by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority this
29th day of September, 1986 .
