RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR COLLECTION IN 1987 .
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 462 . 545 , allows the Housing and Redevelop-
ment Authority to levy up to one-third Mill for redevelopment
purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority present to the City Council , of the
City of Elk River, a special levy not to exceed the statutory
limit of one-third mill upon adoption of this special levy
by the City Council the set tax rate and levy will be
certified to the County Auditor on or before October 10 , 1986.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority
this 29th day of September, 1986 .
