Case No. ZC 16-01
The applicant initially applied for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and a Zone Change to the subject
property in order to operate an auto body repair facility. Due to timing issues and the need for further
information, the applicant has withdrawn their CUP application and has re-applied for a CUP.
In order to process the zone change request along with the new CUP application, the applicant has
waived their 60 -day rule for the zone change.
Staff has re -advertised the zone change with the CUP public notice.

The Planning Commissioned opened and closed the public hearing. No one spoke for or against the
proposal.
