1. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Pinewood Golf Course per the
attorney /client privilege, pursuant to MN Statute �13D.05, subdivision 3(b),
'There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the
Elk River City Council at 7:25 p.m
