Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the inecting of the Elk Rivet City Council
was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Pinewood Golf Course per the
attorney/client privilege, pursuant to MN Statute ��131105, subdivision 3(b).
'I'here being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the
EUk River City Council at 6:58 p.m.
