I,Dan Tveite,Economic Development Authority President,hereby request a special
closed session of the Economic Development Authority on Monday,April 18,2016,at
5:00 p.m. for the following.
A closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05.,Subd.3c to consider offers or
counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property. The properties being
discussed are:
• Lots 2,Block 1,Fox Haven Commercial
In accordance with State Statute,I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the special closed session,in writing,
at least one day before the meeting.
