Call Meeting to Order 'NW& Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of Appeal and Equalization was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. 2. Board of Appeal and Equalization Greg Olso'n,'SherburneACounty Assessor;indicated` e purpose of the Board of Appeal and Equalization is to consider and review 2016 estimated market values and property classifications for taxes payable in 2017. Information was presented on the assessment procedures and statistics for the City of Elk River 2016 assessments. No one was present to appeal to the Board of Appeal and Equalization. Mr. Olson reviewed the following assessor recommendations: 1. 2015-3 I1-12 Borrower L.P. Parcel Identification Number 75-694-1206 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen to adjust the value of parcel 75-694-1206 from $229,500 to $216,000 as recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. 2. 2015-3 I1-12 Borrower L.P., Parcel Identification Number 75-474-0140 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Motion carried 4-0. 3. Judith Ann Ranallo, Parcel Identification Number 75-130-1101 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen to adjust parcel 75-130-1101 from $197,000 to $194,500 as recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. 4. James Angle, Parcel Identification Number 75-126-2110 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen to adjust parcel 75-126-2110 from $192,800 to $183,800. Motion carried 4-0. 5. Joseph Yaritz, Parcel Identification Number 75-503-0236 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Olsen and seconded by Councilmember Burandt to adjust parcel 75-503-0236 from $354,000 to $351,300 as recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. 6. Mitchell Johnson, Parcel Identification Number 75-126-1100 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Olsen to adjust parcel 75-126-1100 from $224,100 to $204,800 as recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. 7. FTK Properties Inc. —Etal, Parcel Identification Number 75-806-0002 Mr. Olson distributed a handout on the above parcel. Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Burandt to adjust parcel 75-806-0002 from $770,800 to $694,200 as recommended by the county assessor. Motion carried 4-0. 8.
