County records identify approximately 2,700 existing square feet of accessory structures on the parcel. Environmental The applicant submitted a Final Plat but it was determined that a wetland delineation was needed. Due to weather conditions and timing, the wetland delineation was not able to be completed until April 12, 2016. The revised Final Plat is expected to be ready by the Council meeting on April 18, 2016. Staff will provide the revised information and a resolution to the council at the meeting,if it is not available, staff will recommend the item be postponed until May 16, 2016.
