Donation of jackets
Attached is a resolution form acknowledging the donation of seven safety jackets from a
local resident for use by City employees on traffic details or other outside activities. I am
requesting that this resolution be passed acknowledging the donation per Minnesota State
Statute 465.03.
The donor wished to remain anonymous.

RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations,
and individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a seven safety jacket donation
from an anonymous donor with the intent it be used by the city employees for
safety outdoors; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River to acknowledge the support and commend this anonymous donor
for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 1 st day of
November 2004.
