3.2. SR 11-08-2004 *Item 3.2.* MEMORANDUM TO: Mayor and City Council FROM: Bill Maertz, Parks and Recreation Director DATE: November 4, 2004 SUBJECT: Parks and Recreation Department Staffing Staff recommends that the City Council acknowledge the resignation of Kathy LeGare, Recreation Assistant, effective November 12, 2004. The Parks and Recreation Department is budgeted to hire a twenty hours per week clerical staff person in 2005. Due to the recent resignation of the twenty-five hours per week Recreation Assistant, staff is revaluating these positions. Potentially, these positions could be consolidated into one full time position, with minimal budget impact. Staff will present a recommendation to the Council regarding these positions at an upcoming Council meeting.
