Action Requested
Approve,by motion, a private kennel license to Kristin Pearo, 14239 1901h Avenue NW, to keep five
dogs,valid until December 31, 2016.
Background/Discussion
Kristin Pearo applied for a private kennel license in order to keep five dogs. Ms. Pearo has submitted all
the necessary materials and has successfully completed a kennel inspection by the Police Department.
Kennels are inspected annually prior to renewal of the license to ensure the applicant is meeting the
requirement of the ordinance pertaining to private kennels.
A Conditional Use Permit is required for this license because the property is less than five acres in the
Rla zoning district. The Council approved the Conditional Use Permit for Ms. Pearo on April 18, 2016.
