Leisch & Associates, enviIonmental consultants, received three quotes for the asbestos and
hazardou substance removal for the Koehler house demolition. The quotes were as
follows:

idder indicated that they could start iInmediately following the 5 day notification
. ch will keep us on schedule for demolition this fall.
Recom endation:
Staff rec mmends Council accept the low bid of $5,460 from EnviIotech for the asbestos
and haza dous waste removal from the Koehler house located at 1221 5"' Street.
