Approve, by motion, a peddler license to Fasil Agegnehu, Winta Ice Cream truck valid through
December 31, 2016.
Background/Discussion
Mr. Agegnehu requests a peddler license to sell ice cream from his truck throughout the city.
In addition to Elk River, Mr. Agegnehu has also been licensed in Otsego, Rogers, and Brooklyn Park.
