RES 16-27Councilt-nember Olsen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
Resolution 16- 27
WHEREAS, the City of E'lk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the corrimunity; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received three donations outlined iii exhibit A with the
intent it be used by Parks and Recreation Dcl.martment for the reasons stated in exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RES OLVED by the City Council, by at ]cast four-fiftlis
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Cargill for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ("ouncilinctiibier
West ward and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo ted in favor thereof:

resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
