RES 16-27Councilt-nember Olsen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution 16- 27 WHEREAS, the City of E'lk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and individuals for their contributions to the corrimunity; and WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received three donations outlined iii exhibit A with the intent it be used by Parks and Recreation Dcl.martment for the reasons stated in exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RES OLVED by the City Council, by at ]cast four-fiftlis vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Cargill for their donation.
