RESOLUTION 04-78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
USED HOCKEY BOARDS FROM THE ICE ARENAlBARN
WHEREAS Competitive bids were solicited for the sale of the used boards trom the
Ice Arena/Barn; and
WHEREAS One bid was received and the Ice Arena Commission having reviewed
this bid has recommended accepting it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota:
I. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sell the used hockey
boards from the Ice Arena/Barn, to Mr. Douglas Bryan of 17543 Cleveland St.
NW, Elk River, MN, for the sum of$I,068.73.
