Approve,by motion a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for
June 10 and 11, 2016,with the following condition:
• Alcohol must be limited to an area enclosed by fence with a secured, controlled access. Age
verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club applied for a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license for a tractor pull on
Friday,June 10 and Saturday,June 11, 2016, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds. All application
materials have been submitted.
