1. Call Meeting: To Order
Pursuant to due Call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council acting as
the Canvassing Board was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Acting Mayor Motin.
2. Canvass Results of General Election
City Clerk Joan Schmidt reviewed the general election results from Tuesday, November 2,
2004.
MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ AND SECONDED BY ACTING
MAYOR MOTIN TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-88 CANVASSING THE
NOVEMBER 2,2004 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS.
MOTION CARRIED 4-0.
3. Adjournment
There being no furtb.~l: business, Acting Mayor Motin adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council it 6:34 p.m.
