I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority special meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Toth.
2. Jungers Subordination Agreement
Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. Mr.Jungers was in attendance and explained his
contract for deed and the timeline.
Moved by Commissioner Eder and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to approve
the Subordination Agreement between Pine Country Bank and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Adjournment
Chair Toth adjourned the meeting at this time.
The meeting adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
