Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for the Sherburne
County Fair, July 14, 2016, through July 17, 2016, subject to the following condition:
Alcohol must be limited to the beer garden and grandstand areas. Wrist band control is
required for patrons age 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Sherburne County Fair is a four-day event held Thursday, July 14, 2016, through Sunday, July 17,
2016, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds.
