Action Requested
Open and continue, by motion, the public hearing until July 5, 2016.
Background/Discussion
The consultant preparing the park dedication ordinance amendment requires additional time to finalize
the language included in the city code.
There are concerns with the language that must be resolved between staff and the consultant. Without
approval of the associated ordinance amendment language, staff did not feel it was appropriate to amend
the fee schedule. The documents will be finalized by the July 5, 2016, Council meeting.
