BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF ELK RIVER
MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY—PID #75-411-0220, 75-411-0250,AND 75-409-0740,
WHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners deems it desirable and in the best interest of
Elk River Municipal Utilities to purchase parcels #75-411-0220, 75-411-0250, and 75-
409-0740, in the City of Elk River, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that Elk River Municipal Utilities purchase the
three parcels for a sum not to exceed$300,000.
RESOLVED FURTHER,that the General Manager and Commission Chair are hereby
authorized, directed and empowered to execute, for and on behalf of the utilities and in its
name, any and all documents required in connection with the purchase of Properties,
includingbut not limited to thepurchase agreement and escrow documents.
