Approve,by motion, a temporary pay adjustment for Tristan Nicka for acting as interim IT manager
effective June 28, 2016.
Background/Discussion
Due to the IT Manager's extended leave,Tristan Nicka is acting as the interim IT Manager. The city's
practice is a 10% pay increase when an interim assignment is necessary. Mr. Nicka will be an exempt
employee during this interim assignment.
During this period,Mr. Nicka will assume all of the responsibilities, authority, and accountability of IT
Manager.
Financial Impact
Approximately$223 per bi-weekly pay period.
