RESOLUTION 97-3
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING CECILIA SCHEEL'S
YEARS OF SERVICE AS COUNCIL MEMBER
WHEREAS,
Cecilia Scheel was elected as Council representative by the
citizen's of Ward 2 in the City of Elk River; and
WHEREAS,
Cecilia Scheel served on the City Council for four years from
January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1996; and
WHEREAS,
Cecilia Scheel represented the property owners and citizens
of Ward 2 in the City of Elk River during her four years as
Council Member; and
WHEREAS,
Cecilia's service as Council Member to the entire communitY
merits the gratitude of the residents of the City of Elk River;
and
WHEREAS,
it is highly appropriate that her services to the City of Elk
River should be recognized and appreciated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota, that on behalf of the residents of the
City, Cecilia Scheel's dedication as City Council
representative is hereby recognized and appreciated.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 6th day of January,
1997.
