The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
John Joseph Salon located at 18150 Zane Street. The applicant has met the 500 hours of
completed course work and successfully cleared the background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Donnelle Schaust.
