Set Council Worksession Agendas
The draft agenda for the December 13, 2004 worksession looks like the following:
4.1. City Council Open Forum
4.2. 2005 Municipal Budget and Tax Levy.. . (Either consider approval or this agenda
item will be a continued public hearing from the December 6 meeting)
4.3. Update on Ambulance Service-Ambulance Coordinator Steve Dittbenner
4.4. Environmental and Land Use Updates
a) Landfill Expansion
b) Hamilton Site
c) Energy House 3
4.5. Discuss October 11 Joint Meeting with Boards/Commissions
The tentative agenda for the January 10, 2005 worksession looks like the following:
4.1. City Council Open Forum
4.2. National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Update
4.3. RequestPartners Update
4.4. Discuss Street and Parks Department Facilities and Site Master Plan
The February 14, 2005 topics have not been set and will need to be discussed by the City
Council in January. It is possible that information from the city engineer will be available for
a discussion on transportation priorities (as a follow-up to the November worksession) and
the timing may be right to review the 2005 Pavement Rehabilitation Program. Additionally,
the update of the 5-year Capital Improvement Program will hopefully be ready by February.
