Dear Stephanie:
I am submitting this letter to tender my resignation from the Economic Development
Authority of the City of Elk River effective December 31, 2004. I have considered it an
honor and a privilege to serve on the EDA but increased time spent out of the community
makes it difficult for me to fulfill the responsibilities of an EDA commissioner. I wish
the City of Elk River all the success in the world as the City faces continuing growth, the
challenges that accompany that growth, and the desire and need to provide jobs and a
strong industriallbusiness foundation for the community.
