SUBJECT: Building Maintenance Worker
Forty three applications were received for the building maintenance worker
position. Of those applicants, six individuals were interviewed. We were
pleased with the high quality of the applicants that were interviewed, and
after further review are recommending that the City Council authorize the
hiring of Susan Herrboldt. Susan would be asked to start as soon as
possible.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Council authorize the hiring of Susan Herrboldt
for the position of Building Maintenance Worker at a starting wage of $12.34
per hour with a cost of living increase in January 1999 and a step increase, if
applicable, in July 1999.
