John Dietz called the June 24,2016 closed meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.
2.0 CLOSED MEETING—PURCHASE OR SALE OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY
The purpose of the closed meeting was to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the
purchase or sale of real or personal property,PID#75-411-0220, 75-411-0250 and 75-409-0740,
per MN Statue 13D.03, Subdivision 3(c).
3.0 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business,John Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Utilities
Commission at 9:02 a.m.
