Approve, by motion, solicitor licenses for the following employees of Aptive Environmental, valid
through December 31, 2016:

Colton Jacobs
Background/Discussion
The individuals listed request solicitor licenses to go door-to-door soliciting pest control services on
behalf of Aptive Environmental located in Edina, Minnesota.
Both applicants have submitted the appropriate application materials and successfully completed
background investigations.
