I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 5:34 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the purchase or sale of real property
described as PID #75-411-0220 and 75-411-0250 also known as 1437 Main Street
NW,pursuant to MN Statute §13D.05, subdivision 3(c).
3. Adjournment
There being no further business,Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the
Elk River City Council at 5:55 p.m.
