SUBJECT: Hiring Maintenance I Employee
Staff has interviewed 9 candidates from the 50 applications that were received. Four
applicants were called in for a second interview. The fInal decision was diffIcult due to the
quality of the people we had to choose from.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends hiring Perry Milless as a fulltime Maintenance I employee, pay grade 8,
leve! B or $16.09 per hour, pending successful completion of his drug test. Perry will begin
employment on January 3, 2005 and will receive a step increase on July I, 2005 with a
satisfactory performance evaluation.
