The applicant is requesting to renew a license to sell fireworks at retail in Coborn's. The
applicant has paid all fees and successfully passed the inspection check by the fire chief. The
applicant still needs to complete a police background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving an application for a display, sales, and storage of fIreworks license
to Coborn's contingent upon the applicant successfully passing the police background check.
Display, sales and storage of fIreworks licenses are valid for one year from the date of
approval.
