Background/Discussion
City and County staff have discussed planned improvements to CSAR 1 from the BNSF Rail line to
TH10.
The city has investigated widening CSAR 1 to improve access to TH 10 and a cul-de-sac to 61h Street NW
with a re-route for access further to the north.
A conceptual layout has been developed showing the proposed modifications. This layout has been used
to get feedback from affected property owners along the corridor.
