AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-32
SALARIES OF MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBERS
Section 2-32 Salaries ofMavor and Councilmembers
(a) The salary of the Mayor of the City shall be $10,000.00 per year.
(b) The salary of the Acting Mayor of the City shall be $ 7,500.00 per year.
(c) The salary of each remaining Councilmember of the City shall be
$7,000.00 per year.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force on January 1, 2005.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the city of Elk River this 16TH
day of August, 2004.
