• Youth Hockey's 50`h Anniversary Celebration, September 10.
• The Fall Craft Fair, September 17-18.
• First day of Ice in the Barn September 21
The Arena has hired Ashlee Hidde as the new Skating Director. Ashlee learned to skate in our Learn to
Skate program and has now graduated from Northwestern College.
MEGA Goaltending has agreed to a two-year lease for$9,000 per year to lease the upstairs shooting area
of the Barn. The floor of the area has been re-done with synthetic flooring in the goal crease area and
shooting mats in the middle for players to shoot pucks. The area can still be use by youth hockey and the
skating club.
Summer Projects:
• Replace one ladies bathroom stall door and worn hardware on other doors close.
• Paint the old dividers in the ladies bathroom so they match the newer panels.
• Refinish the benches in the Barn bleachers, clean and paint the bleacher area floor.
• Clean and paint the locker rooms walls throughout the building
• Add shelves to the back of the boards in the player's bench area for water bottles.
• Replace one of the holding tanks for the boilers.
