Commission may attend the William H. Houlton Conservation Area Grand Opening, 1804 Main Street
NW in Elk River,Minnesota, on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, from 5:30 p.m. — 8:00 p.m. A quorum
of the City Council and Parks and Recreation Commission may attend the grand opening; however,
they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Council or Parks and Recreation
Commission during the event.
