A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT PROJECT WITH
THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR TA TION FOR WORK
ON AND/OR AD]ACENT TOA TRUNK HIGHWAY
WHEREAS the City of Elk River proposes to make improvements on and/or adjacent to Trunk
Highway 10 within the City limits in Sherburne County, Minnesota such as closing
Trunk Highway 10 accesses on the Rush Avenue, Seymour Avenue, and Quinn
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The City shall be responsible for the preliminary engineering, project design, environmental
documentation, right-oE-wayacquisition, permitting functions and contract administration
for said improvements.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of December, 2004.
