A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT PROJECT WITH
THE MINNESOT A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR WORK
ON AND/OR ADJACENT TOA TRUNK HIGHWAY
WHEREAS the Gty of Elk River proposes to make improvements on and! or adjacent to Trunk
Highway 10 within the Gty limits in Sherburne County, Minnesota such as closing
Trunk Highway 10 accesses on the Rush Avenue, Seymour Avenue, Quinn Avenue
and King Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the GtyCouncil of the Gtyof Elk River,
Minnesota:
1. The Gty shall be responsible for the preliminary engineering, project design, environmental
documentation, right-of-way acquisition, permitting functions and contract administration
for said improvements.
