SUBJECT: Designation of Official City Newspaper
State Statute requires that each city annually designate an official newspaper that is used to
publish legal matters and notices. The Elk Riw- Star New has been the official newspaper
for the Gty of Elk River for the past several years.
ACTION REOUESTED
Council makes a motion to designate the Elk Riw- Star New as the official newspaper for
the Gty of Elk River for 2005.
