Al Nadeau called the August 22,2016 closed meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

2.0 CLOSED MEETING—PURCHASE OR SALE OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY
The purpose of the closed meeting was to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the
purchase or sale of real or personal property,Business Line,per MN Statue 13D.03, Subdivision
3(c).
3.0 ADJOURNMENT
Daryl Thompson moved to adjourn the closed meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities
Commission at 9:10 a.m. Al Nadeau seconded the motion. Motion carried 2-0.
