SUBJECT: Appointments of Council Liaisons to Advisory Boards/Corjnmissions
At the August 9, 2004 City Council meeting, each Councilmember was appointed to one of the city's
advisory boards/ commissions as follows:
John Louise Dan Paul
Dietz Kuester Tveite Motin

4th Tues., 6:30 p.m.

The motion made included the above liaison terms to expire December 31, 2005; hoiwever, these
appointments need to be revisited due to vacancies created by Councilmembers Kuester and Tveite.
Action Requested
Mayor and Council review of the above chart. Council may wish to appoint Councilinembers Farber
and Gumphrey as non-voting liaison delegates to the vacancies on the Heritage Preservation
Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission or they may wish to reconsider all four
appointments. Council should also set term expirations as they see appropriate.
