Approve,by motion, a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for
October 1, 2016,with the following conditions:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area enclosed by fence with a secured, controlled access. Age
verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club applied for a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license for the Thumbs Up
High 5K on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Orono Park/Dave Anderson Athletic Complex.
