The tentative agenda for the February 14, 2005 worksession looks like the following:
5.1. GtyCouncil Open Forum
5.2. Wastewater Treatment Plant Master Plan
5.3. Discussion on Human Resources Function in Gtyof Elk River
Discussion on the human resources function in the city is a February agenda topic per Gty
Council direction in December 2004. Gty Council input on worksession agenda ,topics is
necessary. In the early part of 2005 staff plans to have the Gty Council review aItld discuss
transportation priorities as a follow-up to the November worksession and to disltuss the
updated 5- year Capital Improvement Program.

./ Brief announcement of the Archaeological presentation on January 22 at Lion's Park Center
