The salvage of motor vehicles and machinery parts will continue to be prohibited. Landscaping With an approval of OA 16-11, the credit for existing trees will increase, resulting in the subject property meeting the tree requirements of the ordinance. The existing site has credit for 43 trees with the new ordinace. Fencing At their August 1, 2016, work session, the City Council indicated they would not require fencing along the east and south property lines as the adjacent properties are industrial.
