A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATE
FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS,
thc City has adopted a revised assessment manual on March 6, 1989, which
requires assessment rates for street reconstruction improvements be established by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City last increased the assessment rates over two years ago; and
WHEREAS, the assessment rates have been determined to need to be increased to offset rises
in construction costs;
NOW, THEREFOR.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota:
The street assessment rate for residentially zoned property shall be $36 per
assessable front foot and commercial, indusu'ial, and all other zonings shall
be $42 per assessable front foot.
