Background
The applicant is requesting to renew a license to sell fIreworks at retail in Cub Foods. The
applicant has paid all fees and successfully passed the police background check but still
needs to pass the inspection check by the fire chief.
Action Requested
Council motion approving an application for a display, sales, and storage of fireworks license
to Cub Foods contingent upon the applicant successfully passing the fire inspection check.
