Background
Shirley Madland has made application for a transient merchant license to sell flowers during
holiday weekends from the parking lot of Charlie Brown's Shell Station. Ms. Madland has
received written permission from Charlie Brown's, paid all applicable fees, and successfully
passed the police background check.
Action Requested
A motion from Council approving a transient merchant license for Shirley Madland to sell
flowers from the parking lot of Charlie Brown's Shell Station during holiday weekends.
