Re: Informational Session on Property Tax Administration and Calendar
There has been some interest shown in the County holding a session to explain Property
Tax Administration. We are putting together information and will present it October 26
to City Councils and City Staff who may be interested. County Assessor Ty Bischoff
will be explaining the assessment part ofthe process and I will present the tax portion.
An example of some of what will be discussed is enclosed.

We have set Thursdav. October 26 from 3:00 D.m. to 5:00 D.m. at the CitvofBig
Lake Council Chambers for the City session. Please share this with and invite your
City Council Members and any other staff who will find it beneficial. A signup is
included at the bottom of this letter. Please let us know no later than Thursday,
October 19, the number that will be attending from your City.
