1. Canvassing Board to read and sign the Oath of Office form.
2. Adopt,by motion, a resolution approving the abstract of votes cast for Elk River municipal races.
Background/Discussion
Per state law, the Canvassing Board is required to canvass the returns and declare official results for the
general election. Attached is an abstract of the votes cast for Elk River precincts. The abstract will
become the official results once approved and signed by the Board.
