AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 30-1292
OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
RELATING TO BUS STORAGE IN 1-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT
Case No. OA 04-07
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 30-1292 titled 1-1 District of tl1e City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
shallbe amended by adding the following:
Sec. 30-1292. 1-1 District.
(d) (16) Bus storage. Not to exceed 10 buses, unless the property has direct access to an
arterial or collector street.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
